A shipment notification will be emailed once a shipping label has been created for the purchase. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folders. We advise periodically checking your tracking information on the courier’s website for any shipping updates or delays, and for the estimated delivery date. Please contact us within a day’s time if the tracking shows delivered and you have not received the package, as we will need to contact the shipping company.

Suspension Engineering is not responsible for the theft of any packages from the property/delivery address.

Please ensure the shipping address provided on the order is accurate and complete. Suspension Engineering is not responsible for any shipping issues due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
