Shipping policy

 

Shipping Damages/Missing Products:

If a package arrives with shipping damage, please inspect the purchase for any missing items, and the product for any damages. We must be contacted about any damages and/or missing products within 2 weeks/14 days from the delivery date. We do request photos of the package’s condition as it was received, of all the parts that were received, and of any damages to the product. We will not be responsible for any damages or missing product reported after the 2 weeks/14-day time frame.

Warranties:

We offer a 1 year manufacture warranty on all of our brand name products. For all other manufacture products sold, warranties would be directed to that specific manufacture.

Disclaimers:
- Suspension Engineering is not liable for incorrect item purchases. The customer is responsible for choosing his or her individual items accurately prior to ordering.
- Suspension Engineering is not liable for product picture presentation. Some pictures may not be exact, and are for representation purposes only.
- Vehicle categories are listed to help customers narrow down products. All products listed are not for every make, model, and year for that specific category. Some products fall under universal fitment within those those categories. 
- Suspension Engineering reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.

Shipping:
We offer Flat Rate and Free Shipping. Our standard shipping rates are as stated: $0.00 - $100.00 = $10.00 / $100.01 - $250.00 = $12.00 / $250.01 - $500.00 = $15.00 / 500.01+ = Free Ground Shipping. Free shipping is also applied on miscellaneous products under 500.00 though-out the website. Those specific products will have a free shipping logo applied to the page. We require that all orders over 1000.00 must have the same billing and shipping addresses, or a confirmed Paypal address. Shipments requiring freight are not included in promotional rates. Rates are also only effective within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii orders will usually see an additional 100.00 shipping fee applied to their order. (Suspension Engineering reserves to right to adjust shipping charges upon unique shipping conditions. Customer approval will be acquired before any additional charges are applied).
